Just saw “gypsy Jazz” last night 6/28/12 and was a great experience to hear professionals at work or should I say “play”. Have seen them last year for the first time and they are still a great Quintet !!!
But, I must say to please terminate the “crazy dancing lady” of events in the park. She may be great for the kids to dance around with But, please have her do her thing not in front of stage as it is very distracting trying to watch the band playing.
Your new stage is very first rate and honesdale is getting a reputation for great music.

  5. Hi Teddy Young and the Aces here. We are very interested in playing at your festival this year. We would like to fill one of you TBA if possible. Please check us out we have been playing for 25 years and we play awesome Blues. 570-579-5524 hope to hear from you! Teddy Young

For Open Mic…do we just show up, or do we need to sign up in advance?

    • Hi Corinne! I’d suggest showing up around 6 or so to sign up – we have a strong Open Mic community here, and there will be a number of folks wanting to play!
